想请问一下高手
1.所谓冠词..a/an/the+单数名词,是看该名词有无被指定
可是如果是复数名词也可以加the嬷??
例如..
After receiving a hospital bill, the patient questioned an error in
--------------- --------
A B
the charges and received the reimbursement from the hospital.
----------- ----------------
C D
正解是D,我选C
因为我想怎麽会有the 又加s的状况,
但是reimbursement是不可数名词..所以冠词该用a piece of 之类 这方面我了解
所以是指..the不只是可以指定单数名词,同时the 复数可数名词 是指特定的复数名词
ex: the plants, the competition's markets.
2. The engineers believe that the vehicle was not defective and

正确答案是C
可是我不知道为什麽??可以帮我解答嬷??
