Another interesting case is the development of the cocktail therapy for AIDS, a disease that took thousands of lives in 1980s; with the aforementioned treatment, patients can now function regularly like all others. The latest example is the medication Ozempic that helped patients with diabetes and chronic obesity to lose weight quickly.
