标题[行前] 银行开户事宜

各位好~
我是今年要去Leiden的交换生,打算到时在当地开个户头比较方便.
但几天前接到Leiden University寄来的e-mail, 说要我带一份:
A copy of your registration in the municipal registry in your home country:
needed when opening a bank account.
请问这到底是什麽文件??? 我完全摸不着头绪...
又请问一下有开过户的过来人,
在荷兰开户要带什麽东西过去??
