ID到期後还有四周(28天）可以离境，
所以你只要在7/16+28天内离境即可
After your lawful residence in the Netherlands is finished you have 28 days
(4 weeks) to leave the Netherlands.
You will need a valid passport or other border crossing travel document to
leave the Netherlands and return to your country of origin.

你只需要护照就可以了，海关应该是看你的ID就知道了吧。
不过我也没试过，要确定的话可以再打IND问一下
