刚好前一阵子也在测RAMDISK，也贴一些数据给大家参考。
【作业系统】
Win7 64bit
【硬体配备】 CPU :Q9550
RAM :8G
硬碟(容量,转速):X25-M 80G
显示卡:ASUS EAH5550
音效卡:Realtek ALC889A
主机板:GA-EP35-DS3P
萤幕(CRT或LCD,厂牌型号):ACER AL2723W
都是开4G的RAMDISK在Z槽，执行CrystalDiskMark 3.0.1 x64设定1000MB的数据。
1. Buffalo RAMDISK V3.10是随身碟附赠
2. Qsoft RAMDisk "Enterprise" ver5.3.2.12可以试用约5个月
3. Dataram_RAMDisk_V3.5.130R17使用免费版
4. ImDisk Virtual Disk Driver ver1.4.0 built 7 Dec 2010
Gavotte_RAMDisk_1.0.4096.5之前很多人讨论，在这之前我也是用这个，
但是效能差太多就没有再测它。
刚开始测试Buffalo没想太多，也忘了记下档案格式。
其他的RAMDISK测试分成FAT32和NTFS，配置单位大小也分1K和4K。
因为配备与网友capri75不同，当然结果也会有所差异。
连续读写 Q>D>I>B
4K读写(IOPS) Q>I>D>B 记得Gavotte RAMDISK都是垫底
4KB(QD=32)IM比DATARAM强 (QD=1)反而是DATARAM强一点点
这次测试完後我改用Qsoft RAMDISK，价钱也不贵只是我还在考虑要不要申请PAYPAL中，
它可以让我试用到6月底。听说是可以一直试用它啦。

看你每一个RAMDISK的磁碟代号都不一样，你是同时安装所有的RAMDISK吗？
我是测完一个移除後再安装另一个，顺序是B->Q->D->I

这也许就是Qsoft低落的原因。还有就是Qsoft的设定，我只用"Resident"Memory 4096MB
其他的"Locked"Memory和"System"Memory我都没有使用。

我也是看过他人测试评比Qsoft是前三名，自己简单测试过後也是Qsoft第一
再加上Qsoft也不贵，还可以长时间试用。开机LOAD Image的速度也不慢，
最後才决定改用Qsoft。
Buffalo虽然效能不佳，但是有中文设定又很好上手，推荐新手使用。
而且和其他RAMDISK不同，似乎在系统载入之前就把RAMDISK给建立好了。
如果我开2G RAMDISK，系统内会显示我有6G的记忆体而非8G，记忆体已占用约1G。
其他的RAMDISK就会显示8G记忆体，已使用约3G。
