标题[请益] RAID-0 的 stripe block size 该设多大?

组 RAID-0 时, 需要从 RAID BIOS 设定 stripe block size. 可选 64K 或 128K .
我知道 stripe block size 的意义, 可是不知道该选择多大的 size.
唯一查到的资料是, stripe block size 最好不要超过 smallest cache buffer
found on any physical drive in your logical drive. 因为 A larger value slows
the logical drive down because physical drives with smaller cache buffers
need more time for multiple accesses to fill their buffers.
这里所说的 cache buffer 是指什麽 buffer 呢? 应该不是一般所称的 16MB, 32MB
或 64MB 的硬碟 buffer 吧? 因为, 就算是 128K 也比 16MB 差太多了吧.
要怎样得知这里所说的 cache buffer 有多大呢?
ps: 如果您直接建议一个 stripe block size, 请也简述一下理由.
