(Reuters) -Boeing has partnered with Palantir Technologies to use the software
firm's AI solutions platform across the planemaker's defense and space unit,
the companies said on Tuesday.
（路透社）— 波音与 Palantir Technologies 达成合作，将使用这家软体公司的 AI 解
决方案平台，应用於波音的防务与太空部门，两家公司周二表示。
The tie-up will help Boeing standardize data analytics across its production
lines. Boeing has also tapped Palantir to supply AI tools for several
classified projects aimed at supporting sensitive military missions.
此合作将帮助波音在生产线间标准化数据分析。波音同时也委托 Palantir 提供多项机密
专案的 AI 工具，以支持敏感的军事任务。
The Boeing unit, called Boeing Defense Systems, operates production lines for
military aircraft, helicopters, satellites, spacecraft, missiles and weapons.
波音的该部门（Boeing Defense Systems）运营着军用飞机、直升机、卫星、太空船、飞
弹与武器的生产线。
Palantir, co-founded by investor Peter Thiel in 2003, announced a partnership
in June for the development of an AI-powered software system for nuclear
reactor construction.
Palantir 由投资人 Peter Thiel 在 2003 年共同创立，今年 6 月宣布另一项合作，开
发一套用於核反应炉建设的 AI 驱动软体系统。
Shares of Palantir rose on the news and ended the session nearly 2% higher.
Palantir 股价因该消息上涨，收盘涨近 2%。
心得/评论：
Palantir 能「帮波音装上数位辅助轮」，
但救不了这家「文化腐败、品质烂尾」的庞然大物。
最终波音能不能翻身，还是取决於管理改革与工程文化回归，
而不是 Palantir 的 AI。
