那个....希望我的问题不会太好笑
不知道可不可以po
在 two-factor, orthogonal ANOVA 得到这个结果
Source of variation P
Year 0.03
Depth 0.01
Year*Depth 0.01
我知道必须先看interaction 的p是否<0.05
在这结果
看出year 和depth有显着地交互作用
但...书本解释的下一句
"then the main effects should be interpreted only in terms of
the interactions"
就不是很清楚该怎麽用"biological terms"解释
是说"年分和深度对本实验结果有显着影响, 且不同年份和不同深度都会造成改变??"
