大家好, 我其实不会统计,但是实验需求,需要知道某分子decay状况. 我用的软体是graph pad, 以one phase exponential decay当作model 其公式为 Y=Span*exp(-K*X)+Plateau,where it starts at Span+Plateau and decays to plateau w/ a rate constant K. 试算以下分子半衰期(t1/2): hours Molecule A Molecule B 0. 100. 99. 99. 100. 1. 50. 60. 80. 85. 2. 40. 45. 60. 55. 3. 15. 20. 50. 40. 4. 5. 10. 40. 30. (各二重复) 利用nonlinear regression得图型,但公式提供的t1/2=0.69/k (得Mol A的t1/2=1.711, B的t1/2=3.288),与图型切Y轴在50%对出来的X数值有异. 我的问题是,要以公式算出来的t1/2为准,还是自己用眼睛对图型的X数值为准? 又为何两者有差?? 真不好意思,图型波不上来,只能大概描述遇到的问题... 希望大家可以不吝指教~~~ 谢谢~~~ --
