题目是
1. If the number of observations from the random samples of each population
are equal，what is the number of observayions selected?
2. If T1=261、T2=252、T3=174、T4=183，construct a 95% confidence interval for
the sample average of population 1.
Also determine a 95% confidenca interval for the difference
between the sample averages of populations 1 and 3.
对不起我真的不太明白其中第二题的意思和要我求什麽?
疑问1：T1是不是指样本1里面变数的总和?
疑问2：是不是要求上述中母体1和母体之间的样本平均数差异的 95%CI
