标题[问题] 何谓"important" hypotheses

如题，在一篇paper上看到的
内容大概是说在做multiple test时，
some hypotheses are more important than the others
may imply ---->
the use of higher levels of significance for the most important hypotheses
& lower levels of significance for the less important hypotheses
想请问一下，怎样的假设是比较重要的?
比如说在比较多个新的treatment，最被看好,希望将来能实行的那个就是最重要的吗?
又为什麽比较重要的要用higher levels of significance呢?
麻烦各位高手解释一下，谢谢!
