"independently distributed a posteriori."
请问一下这是什麽意思呢?
题目的原文如下
Gastric freezing was once recommended treatment for ulcers
in the upper intestine. A randomized comparative experiment
found that 4 of the 20 patients who were subjected
to gastric freezing improved while 5 of the 19 patients in
the control group improved. Let theta1 and theta2 be the probabilities
of improvement in the treated and control groups,
respectively. Assume that the data is generated from two independent
binomial distributions and the prior for (theta1, theta2), is
uniform over the square (0,1)*(0,1).

胃冷冻曾被建议为治疗胃溃疡的程序之一。在一随机化的试验中,
