标题[问题] 一个分配的问题

题目是：
A small commuter airline uses planes with 20 seats.
Experience shows that 10% of individuals reserving space in a flight
do not show up. If the company takes 23 reservations for each flight,
what is the probability that it will be able to accommodate everyone
appearing without bumping anyone?
自己中文解读是：
有一家小航空公司的飞机有20个座位.
而实验显示通常先前预约的人有10%会取消订位, 如果现在公司采取每架飞机
有23个座位.那麽座位不会冲到的机率有多少?
搞不太懂这是哪一种分配...所以来请教一下 谢谢^^
