Ginobili had surgery Feb. 4 after taking a knee to the groin from Ryan Anderson during a game against New Orleans on Feb. 3. He was projected to miss a month to six weeks while recovering. If Ginobili returns Saturday, he would only have missed 12 games because the Spurs were off for a week during the All-Star break. Manu下一场对上国王的比赛可能会上场，而他一个月前才动过睾丸手术。 起因於二月三号时对上鹈鹕时被Ryan Anderson膝盖顶到鼠蹊部，Manu在二月四号 动了手术，原本预期会需要一个月到六个礼拜的康复期。 如果Manu顺利归队，他只错过了12场比赛，在全明星周时马刺有一个礼拜没有比赛。 Ginobili said Wednesday that the ordeal was the most painful injury he’s ever suffered. “Usually when that happens, it hurts for a little bit and then after three minutes, you are back at it,” Ginobili said. ” But it was three minutes, five minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, an hour, an hour-and-a-half and we are still at the same level of pain.” The 37-year-old reserve guard had an MRI that evening, and was told he needed surgery right away. I’m feeling good. I’ve been lifting, conditioning and as far as I know, I am ready to play. I need to get in better conditioning, of course, I haven’t played in almost four weeks. The team in general is always very cautious, and wants me to prove to everybody that I’m in good playing shape. ” Before the injury, Ginobili was averaging 10 points on 45.1% shooting, three rebounds and 3.1 assists a game off the bench in 19.7 minutes a game. He had a season-high 20 points on nine-for-10 shooting against the Lakers on Jan. 22.
