Our website is www.psadna.com and you can find a submission form under the link Submission Center on Step two of the submission process. You will list out the item, authentication fee, and a declared value fee. The authentication fee is $20 and if you would like to have the autograph graded the fee is an additional $15. In regards to shipping and handling, you will have an international fee which is based upon the total number of items you have. In your case the shipping fee is $36.40 plus $5.25 for the packing fee. You will list any fees on the form according to what service you are taking advantage of. You will then submit the item, submission form, and payment (including the return shipping) to us for authentication.
