rediculous. I do not mind if Topps really produced this card accidentally or
not. The point is that if this card is violating MLBPA's rule, it should not
be allowed to appear at the market. Topps have to take the responsibility by
recalling them no matter how much it takes. As I said, Topps is under MLBPA's
regulation. More strictly, what Topps have done may be illicit if a contract
has been signed. Somebody might say that how about the misprint cards listed
in that article. Remember, misprinting is an ERROR, it does not violate any law
as long as collectors buy them, market will decide their price and it is not
a big deal. In this case; However, Who can guarantee that it won't happen
again? What will MLBPA or card companies do if it happen again? This card is a
JOKE, and it is selling more than $1000 bucks. Wise up, please, American
heroes.
