标题[问题] 关於填写入境卡的几个问题

要填写白底红字的入境卡
但是有几格 不太确定怎麽填 希望板上有经验的前辈可以教我
1. place of issue (这个是填Taiwan吗?)
2. nationality (Taiwan?)
3. fight no/vessel name/vehicle no (这是??)
4. last city / port of embarkation before singapore (我在香港转机)
5. next city / port of disembarkation before singapore (我在香港转机)
6. address in singapore (不懂这格要填什麽)
