从表格看起来，CP值最高的好像是 Small Playground
size 5x5 最小
cost 1250 算很低
unkeep 24 每周支出 $24
electricity 电力消费 16kw
water 不用水
entertainment radius 400 这是指距离400内都可以增加价值吧？
entertainment accumulation 看不太懂，越低越好吗？
