OK，经过申诉後，帐号目前已经解锁
一来一往大约3天的时间
虽然效率还算不错，但帐号被停用感觉很不好
STEAM最後最後回了以下内容
Hello , The title you have purchased is not currently available
from the Steam Store in your territory.
In the future, to avoid having your account disabled for fraudulent
activity, please enter your address, including the appropriate country,
as it is registered to your payment method.
Additionally, do not use IP Proxies when purchasing.
We are unable to release any information on whether this game will be
made available in your area.

看来的确是跨区买了美国的BC2被锁
但是我有挂VPN，填写城市 州/省 邮递区号 都有去估狗查对应的
看来跨区也是要人品的...
虽然文中说不要跨区购买，但买了还是你的 ( ￣ c￣)y▂ξ
