9/24/2007 11:39:00 AM Hello again! I hope you enjoyed Erryn's doodle while I settled back into my routine. I had an amazing trip to Moscow, although I swear unless people get around in the metro, I don't know how they get to work on time. 总之是很棒的一次旅程。 I sometimes wondered why my team looks more exhausted after a tournament than I do, but boy, do I know now! It is so nerve wrecking watching from that bench. From heat flashes to trying to sit the same way if we are on a winning streak, I learned that it gets pretty exhausting! I was wearing a ring on one of my fingers (which I now so regret) and after clapping like a maniac on the first day, I got a terrible bruise underneath the ring.....smart thing would be to take it off but we were up 2-0 so that thing was staying on till it was over! And then since I have the smallest bladder in the world, it was a real challenge sitting in my seat for 2 sets! After the 2nd set, forget it, I was running for my life! 有时会很好奇为啥身边的人老是比自己还累，这次总算知道了！ 在场边看球超紧张的，加上某人根本憋不住，忍着坐两盘已是天 大的挑战，两盘之後…要为自己的命狂奔了！ For once I felt like a complete rookie.....from team routines to rituals, it was honestly one of the coolest career experiences. Tennis is such an individual sport and you forget how great it is to be a 'team-mate' for a change. The girls did an amazing job of fighting it out from behind....nothing like a true Russian character! When Sveta asked me to join them for their flag run around, it was the best moment I had this year on a tennis court. All of us represent our country on a daily basis, but representing it in a team environment, in front of a home crowd, is a completely different feeling...pretty difficult to describe with words. Considering that I didn't have any expectations going into the trip, I left with a huge itch to be out there on the court playing and I really can't wait till next year's Fed Cup. 团队的例行公事跟礼仪都让自己觉得像新人一样，但那的确是最酷 的体验了。毕竟网球多数时候都很个人，会让人忘了身为团队一份 子的美好感觉。大家反败为胜真是太棒了，整个是俄罗斯魂！！ Sveta要我一起拿国旗绕场时，是今年在网球场上最美好的一刻了。 当然大家平常都是代表自己国家出赛，但以团队氛围出赛，还在乡 亲父老面前打，完全是不同的感受…难以言喻的。 考量到我行前根本没什麽期望，离开时反而带着强烈的渴望，等不 及明年的联邦盃了！ Biggest debacle of the trip was my Nike autograph session. For a start it took us 2 hours to get there because the police men who are manually changing the light switches tend to fall asleep in the booth and don't change the light for 15 minutes!! Then Nike Russia forgot that at an autograph session should have a table with a chair, and a formed line of people...minor details right? Well it happened to be that all the media and the fans were mixed in together around the store, which left me a bit overwhelmed. I had to go back in the car, and after Max and Erryn worked it out, I was back in. 这趟旅程最大的灾难是NIKE的签名会。 一开始就花了两小时才到，因为手动改交通号志的警察睡着了， 整整十五分钟都没换过灯！！然後俄罗斯NIKE忘了签名会需要桌椅 ，还有得让人排好队…都是小事吼？突然间球迷跟媒体都和在一起 了…经过Max跟Erryn的努力才解决。 I also had a really good time in N.Y before my trip. The Peter Som and Michael Kors shows were great....always nice to get a sneak peak at my spring/summer wardrobe...can't wait to order some of the pieces! I got to meet both of the designers and go backstage before the shows which is always one big riot.....models and assistants running around trying to find their place before the show begins. 去俄罗斯前的纽约时装周也很棒。 You probably also saw me at the men's final......I know I know......according to When Harry Met Sally, there's no such thing as a guy's and girl's friendship....take my word for it, there's nothing more to it than a friendship. I will say it was absolutely amazing being a spectator in that stadium. When you're out there playing you don't realize that all these people around you, are there to watch you perform.....I was getting chills just thinking that I got the chance to hold that trophy in front of them. 你们可能看到我在美网男单决赛出现了…我知道我知道，根据哈利 碰上莎莉的说法，男人女人间才没有什麽纯友谊，但接受我说的吧 ，真的只是朋友而已啦。当观众真的是很棒的事情，自己上场打的 时候不会感受道围绕在旁的人们，他们是来看你表现的…光想着我 曾有机会在他们面前拿起奖杯都有些令人发寒了。 Oh yes and we went to a karaoke place that night...seems like months ago now! I absolutely love karaoke because I get to pour my Cher heart out and look like a complete fool while at it...good times! 哦对啦，我们那天晚上还去唱歌…感觉好像几个月前的事了！ 我真的很爱唱歌，因为我得pour my Cher heart out，看起来 像个十足的傻瓜…。 Quote of the week goes to Erryn.....she told me I have more contacts in my phone than Lenscrafters....I agree. I think I have already pointed out before how crazy the prices are in Russia, but can anyone explain a restaurant that puts pieces of Duoublemint Gum with a $500 lunch bill? That one threw us for a loop! Currently in the middle of Harry Potter...trying to take my time as it is the last book.....so sad! For those that like history, Gregory Philips is my new favorite. 最近哈利波特看了一半…仍试着看慢点，毕竟这是最後一本啦。 给那些喜欢历史的人…Gregory Philips是我新的最爱。 And I'm slightly obsessed with Kanye's new Stronger song......The song is 5 minutes long and it takes me about 20 minutes to get to practice....I play it at the start and end of each ride...yep, obsessed! 我有点迷上肯伊威斯特的新歌…五分钟长的歌，我花了二十分钟去练 习，每次搭车都从开始就播、结束又继续播…。 Flying tomorrow to see my shoulder doctor again for a check up. I just started serving this week so want to make sure he gives me the heads up to continue. After my career I am going to have an automatic degree in pectoral muscles and the Bursa! Just call me doctor Sharapova! Oh and after this week I might as well become a bio-mechanics specialist on the serve....I have seen more videos of serve motions this week than my entire life-time! Whatever it takes!! 明天又要去看医生检查肩膀了。 这周才刚开始练习发球，所以想确认他同意我继续下去。我退休之 後应该会自动得到一个胸肌与粘液囊的学位！叫我莎医生吧！噢噢 ，本周之後我可能会变成发球生物力学的专家…这礼拜我看了比这 辈子还多的发球动作影片了啦！ Not quite sure yet when I will be ready to start but I will keep you updated! ---- 前两天就有罗，我返乡没人贴 Orz 太久没翻文章，乱七八糟，见谅XD~ --
