房子是二层楼 4br/2ba 楼下有客厅和厨房
楼上是四个卧室 其中两个房间住的都是台湾过来UW的graduate students
租约一年一签
所有的家俱都有 微波炉洗碗机书柜书桌床垫 每个房间都有walk-in closet
房租850元/人 含所有utility：水电网路 (parking extra)
未来室友也希望是不抽烟的UW female student

Nordheim Court是UW新盖进入第六年的off campus dorm，
住了一年下来，觉得这里最好的还是周边环境，都是学生所以闲杂人等少。
-走路一分钟能到的mall: University Village，有24hr的QFC supermarket，
Apple store, Windows store, shopping and some good restaurants.
-对面有一个小plaza,有乾洗店，mexican food, physical therapy, 理发店, 两家Inn
-下个block 有 Mcdonalds, Japanese Cuisine, pizza, subway.
-离Burke-Gilman Trail 很近，骑脚踏车十分钟内到UW，走路二十五分
-有两班公车到华大，十五分钟到达UW/一班公车到downtown Seattle Center
-有宿舍自己的Gym和community center。
-公共空间宽敞，厨房和客厅加起来九到十坪。
