My apartment is on the 6th floor of the College place which is located on 41th st. and 11th ave and is a very quiet and safe area in U-district (its about 5 mins walk to campus which is very close). I am living in a 2 bedrooms apt and the rent includes water and garbage fee and is $1300 per month, and the electricity bill comes every two month and it costs about $40 on average. Therefore, for each resident, $650 is the total monthly payment and electricity comes every two month and the price varies a little. Internet fee is not required for this particular unit because we are on 6th floor and the location is very close to the Condon hall and the UW medical center on Roosevelt so we are able to obtain UW wireless, which is secured and fast. (Living here, you are not only saving the water fee and garbage but also internet fee, in general those fees add up to over $100) I am hoping to sublet the bigger room out for my future (female) roommate. I do have furniture including bed, desk, and chair available for sale if needed. Prices are negotiable.
