i have to go back to korea ASAP,so i need someone to
sublease my room in my awesome apartment
Duration: from March(3) to August(8) (6months)
I have a great mid 20s female roommate who is easy-going
and respectful. she is Shoreline Community College student.
- fully furnished (bed, closet, drawer, desk, stand)
- washer, dryer,refrigerator,dish washer
- all cooking utensils ( toaster, mixer, rice cooker...Etc)
- untility: water,sewer,garbage included, electricity fee
every two month
Loccation: I-5 Exit 177B. close to shell and chevron gas stations
- only 2 minutes to go Ballenger Village (Blockbuster(dvd),Subway,
Fitness 24, Thriftway(market),Starbucks, and terriyaki shop)
- one parking lot (free)
- transportation is also comfortable.
- bus #331 to aurora transit center,and Shoreline Community College
- bus #347 to Northgate Mall, Post Office at Northcity.
