You may be so focused now on old business you have to resolve, new goals you have to get started on, and problems that have to be addressed that you can think of nothing that doesn't worry you. That's not a good place to be emotionally, and it does not invite a good, healthy state of mind. Today, block out any thoughts that do not allow you to feel happy and hopeful, and take the time to take care of yourself.
