You can't seem to nail down someone's answer to a plan you hope to make. You may have been bugging this person for a while because you expect a simple answer to a simple question, but to no avail. You could get angry, and you could cancel your ideas just to spite the other party, Scorpio, but then you would also be spitting yourself. If you can't get someone to make a commitment to join you for something you want to do, then why not do it yourself?
