Even though you are cynical enough to believe that forgiveness is overrated and accomplishes nothing, there may be someone you really need to forgive. This person has made a mistake that angers you, and that you may keep replaying over and over again in your mind. Each time you think of what this person has done to hurt you, you get riled up again. That person is you. There is something you will not forgive yourself for, but it's a waste of your energy. If you could forgive yourself, you could learn from it and then let it go. That would be a productive and healthy thing to do. 虽然你愤世嫉俗到认为原谅与宽恕被过度推崇，而且根本就没什麽用，可是你也许真 的需要原谅某个人。这个人犯了错而让你生气，而你可能在心中不断地重演他的过错。 每一次你想到这个人对你做了什麽，导致你受了伤，你就会被他再度激怒。那个人就 是你，你永远都不会原谅自己所做过的某件事，不过这是在浪费你自己的精力。如果 你可以原谅自己，那你就可以从中学到一课，而後释怀。这会是既能收获颇丰，又有 益身心健康的做法。 -- 愿所有相遇都是美好而不留遗憾。 --
