When something seems too good to be true, it probably is. We have all heard this ancient bit of wisdom too many times. Nonetheless, it can be tempting to believe it when something comes to you out of the blue and seems really good. You may soon find yourself wondering if a gift or an opportunity has some strings attached. Maybe it does. But even if it does, that does not necessarily mean that it isn't worthy of your time and attention.
