使用者 kylie228 本年七月间於 geography102 发表多篇无意义内容文章，
藉以提高其帐号之有效文章数。
依触犯不当更动帐号数值管理办法第二条第五款，
处有效文章数归零、分身帐号砍除、停权两周。
geography102 於 kylie228 进行违规行为时已逾三个月无成员文章，
依不当更动帐号数值管理办法第十三条第一款第三项，
设为违法看板。
