因为最近在学英文写作 所以就写了一篇介绍Sandy的文章 po上来给大家当饭後娱乐 有文法等错误就请大家包涵:P The earnest and modest singer──Sandy Lam My favorite singer, Sandy Lam, is an earnest and modest vocalist；these characteristics contribute to her high status in the singing business of Asia today. Sandy became a singer in 1985 when she was still in her adolescence. Instead of doing a remarkable work, her first album was so terrible that she spent lots of time thinking about leaving the singing business or not. Soon she found a teacher to teach her singing, for the singer couldn't convincing herself to give up before striving to ameliorate her singing skill. After issuing the album, City Rhythm（都市触觉）, in 1988, which showed her prominent singing ability, Sandy became one of the most popular diva in Hong Kong, and this confirmed rather her endeavor than her talent. In 1990's, Sandy came to Taiwan and issued many well-known songs, such as Home Without You（爱上一个不 回家的人）in 1990, The Bruise（伤痕）in 1996, and At Least I Have You（至少还 有你）in 1999. If we listen to her music, we will be surprised about her unceasing progress; however, all of her compositions are unsatisfactory for her because the vocalist always finds space of improvement in every song which has been sung more than ten manners before issuing. In 2000's, Sandy was immersed in live performance for the reason that she loved to try new ways to express old songs and to interact with audience directly. When Tau Jianyian （陶晶莹） called Sandy "a legend" last year, some reporters asked the diva how she regarded her accomplishment, yet what she said was just about how fortunate she was because of many great composers and lyricists who supplied good songs to her.
