Safeway, Target, Costco, Lucky, Sprout, Hmart, Ranch 99 and Great mall are within 10mins away. Also the house is very closed to Hwy 280 and Montague Expy. Price : Monthly room rent is $820. Deposit $820 is required when moving in. The price is only covered the room, and Wifi, Water and PG&E bills will be paid by all housemates evenly when the bills are delivered.
