房子是两层楼，独栋独院房子，楼下一大房间出租(独住或两人皆可)，有独立出入口。
环境清幽安全，路边免费停车。
楼下目前屋主自住。楼上有单人房间分租。
The owner’s family lives downstairs, looking for single professional or student to rent upstairs.
All fully furnished, light cooking is ok
All utilities, laundry facilities, cleaning, and Internet services are all included.
离 De Anza College 2 miles - 开车 5分钟，也可骑脚踏车 15分钟 ，或步行 30分钟。
离 85度C、 H Mart 超市 1/2 mile - 开车 3分钟， 或步行 15分钟 。
离大华99超市及永和超市 1 mile - 开车 5分钟。
包水电及其他utility费用，像网路、专人打扫费用。
Security Deposit 是一个月的租金。
