Row/Westfield Valley Fair
交通方便 生活机能完善，street parking 也很容易
时间：6月中开始 (时间可以讨论，但希望6月底前入住)；长租为主，一年以上优先
房租：约$1250/月 （水电网路瓦斯另外平分）
房间：位於一楼，整个2B/2B 约1020 sq. ft.，空间非常大，共用厨房客厅
你会住在master bedroom (with walk-in closet and bathroom)
社区：洗衣机烘衣机、游泳池、简单健身房、leasing office
(helpful manager/maintenance)
