It has a gym, swimming pool, and a lounge that you can party at. According to my observation, I think the other room is even bigger than the master room. Therefore, I was thinking that you pay $1400 for the rent. Other expenses including electricity, gas, internet, will be split. Also, there are a requested house insurance, which is roughly $25 per month. My daily schedule will be: leave the apartment at 8:30 AM and come back home at 6, 7 PM. So I was hoping to have a roommate with regular schedule (or a quiet roommate with irregular schedule). A small drawback of me is that I am kind of sensitive to machine noise, so I would prefer a roommate who does not use toilet fan for a long time. Other than that, I think I am a nice guy.
