I have a guest room with private bath available for rent starting October 1st. $1000.00 month to month rent, with $600 Deposit. The condo has a total of 3 bedrooms, each room has its own private bath. The room being offered will be on the top floor next to the master bedroom, so it is very quiet. The room is for single occupancy only. ( the occasional overnight guest or weekend guest can be discussed) A little bit about the living situation, it will be myself and my wife in the master bedroom, one tenant (male, young working professional) in the room downstairs, and you in the guest room upstairs. And my golden retriever everywhere but your room (usually in the common living area or my bedroom). The dog does NOT bark, pee or poop in the house, the most you will notice of him is when he stares/begs when you have food. We are all young working professional, pretty routine schedules during the week, no smoking, no drugs, none of us drink at the moment, but we don't mind people who drink socially. If having beer or wine or liquor is your preference, that is totally fine with us. We don't really have guest come over, but we don't mind the occasional guest if you have some, as long that it is not late night and to the point that is keeping everyone up. What is included in your rent: - All utilities (water, PG&E, free WIFI, garbage). - One car space in the garage. - All access to all common areas - you can cook or do laundry or watch TV in the livingroom, or use the BBQ grill in the patio.
