短租/转租 San Jose Eaves West Valley 一间 studio （bed included), 租期是到7/28/2017。5/13-5/25入住，时间可议。
现在这个户型租金约$1800，我租的是$1680，可以五月底-七月底短租 ($1600/month含网路水电utility，也可以ㄧ起去跟leasing office谈renew。
地理位置非常好，靠近 Valley Fair, Mitsuwa日本超市，狮子城, 开车15分锺到De Anza, SJSU, downtown San Jose.
社区内有篮球场，网球场，健身中心，游泳池。
