这我也有收到,这个是在1996二月到2006十一月之间有在海外使用美国发行的Visa,
MasterCard, Diners Club或ATM卡的人都会收到. 这是一个集体官司,原因是美国信用卡
发卡银行会对在海外使用信用卡ATM卡的人收不少的使用费. 现在这些发卡银行准备付
3亿多美金和解,而只要是有在这段时间里被收过这些费用的持卡人都算原告,可以分赔偿
金的一部份.
我是到他们的网站
http://www.ccfsettlement.com填线上表格. 最简单的选项是只要输入
你的refund id(在寄来的文件上有)就可以领25块. 如果你在海外花超过US$2500的话你可
以领更多,不过你需要列出比较多的资料,比较麻烦就是了.
