所以,
不是美国所有银行都可以帮忙换
AMEX T/C into cash
Chinatrust 要求要有chinatrust account
才会帮忙换开AMEX T/C
如果这是外国在美国开的银行常规
那请恕小弟无知,
反而Union Bank of Cali 还很阿沙力的立刻就换了!
给想换AMEX T/C成cash 的朋友参考
