但是如果这个批评真的具有建设性、对你有好处、能帮助你提升自己，或正在努力的一些
事，那麽背後的动机是什麽，好像也没那麽重要了。
你不能改变别人，但可以改变自己。
将建设性的批评当作礼物吧。
