根据大家的回报 目前可以确定的是
确定会lag
HINET
TANET-NET (台大不确定)
US
目前比较不会lag
亚太线上
台湾固网
SEEDNET
台中TANET-NET 和 家里HINET
用 ping 和 tracert 会常常ping不到
