domaine chandon australia was established in the yarra valley.
victoria in 1985 by moet&chandon. the 1997 vintage brut is made using
traditional techniques which includes blending of 48 pinot noir and
chardonnay base wines grown in cooler districts of victoria, coonawarra
and pemberton and by aging on yeast in the bottle for 2 1/2 years. the
wine has complex aromeas and flavours and a rich , creamy finish.
