Use specific details and examples in your answer. To escape stress and difficulties in life, I think the best way is to plan an effective and workable schedule. Of course good recreational activities can help people relax and temporarily forget their difficulties; however, finally these difficulties are unavoidable. With a good schedule can smooth over my stress much better than any other recreational activities. I have a lot of interests, such as reading, singing, origami, sports, etc. However, none of them can really make me relax without a thoughtful schedule. For me, it is important to face all tasks I have at once. I always list all my tasks down, check their priorities and give each a proper proportion of time and effort to finish it. It is important for me to know how much time and resource I have, after checking these information I can do my interested recreational activities without worrying about wasting too much time. Only in such way I can really escape the stress. It may sound a little too serious; some might say that sometimes all we need is to leave the hard situation we faced. When I was in high school, I ever thought that as well. I skipped classes and went to play volleyball or bridge games, just hoped to forget the stress due to heavy class-work. Did I really relax? Not at all! When I did these recreational activities, I can not forget those had not been done. The result was: I had neither finished my work nor got fun or release.
