Give specific reasons and examples to support your opinion. ------------------------------------ In my opinion, I agree with this statement absolutely. I think that the payments for the teacher will effect that how much the students could learn steps by steps. There're several reasons below for supporting this idea. First of all, check the welfare provided form the goverment.Teachers could get much better pensions than those whom do not belong to the goverment. Including the private incoporations, the labors or the low hierachy workers. These who earn the salaries depend on their performances or how many tasks they've achieved. But teachers still be paid the constant salaries no matter how much they taught. That is, for the negative teachers they may teach no more knowledges or abridge some parts of lessons just in order to finish the classes on time. Futher more, this idea also could be a prompting for both the positive and negative teachers. For the positive teachers, this is a good regime that they could get the reward they really deserve. For the negative teachers, maybe this idea could change their mind into positive and motivate them to earn more. Eventually, it advantage to keep and to correct the better academic atmosphere. Finally, how much the student could learn from the teacher is a important issue we should consider first. This idea may not be contradictious between the salary and the performance, however, one thing is for sure, the more benefits the students would procure. --
