However, I think that it is more crucial to have the ability to done some projects with others. In the essay, I will use cooperation and competition as the reason to illustrate why it is true. To begin with, in today's business, many commercial modes are not belonging to specific field. Take IBM as an example, IBM was a hardware company, and its major job is to sell the computers and servers to customers. However, nowadays, IBM already become a computer integrated with hardware and software business activities and its responsibilities are not only make sure your hardware working well but also there is no conflict between your hardware and software. For a person, it is very hard to deal with any kind of problems in this business mode. Therefore, it is very important to work with others and to finish a project. In IBM's example, my job may is hardware engineer, it is definite that I must have some partners who know how to solve those software problems. To help each other in a group is one of the benefits from working with others, and they are impossible replaced by work alone. Additionally, I believe that most of people have a nature which is to excel other people. For the reason, it is possible to do more and better in order to prove your abilities in a group. For example, in a baseball team, the relationship among every pitcher is not only cooperation in order to make their time better but also competition for proving him making the more contributions than others. In this case, every pitcher will try to do his best in each pitching chance. The team is not the only one which gets the benefits for this cooperation. All members also get the benefits which are the motivations to improve their abilities. Many people call that the situation is beneficial-competition. Although some competitions are harmful, the beneficial-competition is really beneficial for group and members. In conclusion, cooperation and competition seems to look like totally different, but actually they can exist in the same time. It is the most important advantages of working with others, and the advantages of working with others are more than working alone. If we always work independently, it is no doubt that we will have fewer motivations to improve our skills or knowledge, our jobs or achievements are also limited by our abilities. On the other hand, working with others is a more efficient and beneficial way. --
