Apparently,the world which we live is always give a better evaluation for somebody who can work indenpendently.Working indepentently seems to be associated with efficiency and benefit for his company.In my opinion, however,I prefer to be a team worker.There are three reasons for me to make this decision.From my experience in team work,it shows that you can learn that how to get along with your partners,esteem,and,the elite,it is more possible to receive a extraordinary fruit. To start with getting with fellows,although it`s an old saying,"two is company,and three is none.",it is no doubt that little people can live tith himself all the life,even the Robinson also needs his servant.Since it`s inevitable to get along with others,I think is never too much to learn how to deal with others,and it is exactly a excellent move to acquire it through team work. Furthermore,it is obviously you can not go a long way without respect. The fellows in group may grow up in different,therefore,it is always first subject to adapt others before congregating an efficient team.Working indepently may be more unrestrained,but it is no doubt that you will lose something you can gain from team work. Last but not the least,there is no human being dare yo say he is always invincible,so that a decision made by a group is thought of security.To be avoid private emotion or impetuous action,it more suitable to work with a group than indepently.
