Otherwise the scandal of English royalty or Bill Clinton would not always be the targets by paparazzi. While we debate on leaders' moral standard, there must be some trying to disconnect the link between moral and abilities. In democracy we treat leaders as servants in theory, but in autocracy leaders present the specific image of the whole country. They carry different political responsibilities on who poeple want them to be. --
