0.16 features, among other things:
Extra-Vehicular Activities:
Have your crew leave the ship, and walk on the
surface, or jetpack around on an orbital spacewalk.
: (舱外活动出现啦!!)
Several new, large rocket parts, and some new part types, like crew access
ladders and launch clamps.

Kerbal Scientists, Ground Crew and Engineers at the Vehicle Assembly Building
and Spaceplane Hangar scenes.
