查使用者 xyzwert, matrix23822, yintaoken 於 SCU-MBA99 以
无意义内容文章提高自身帐号之有效文章数，
依触犯不当更动帐号数值管理办法第二条第五款，及各使用者违规情节轻重，
处分如下：
matrix23822 情节轻微，处罚单一张；
xyzwert, yintaoken 处有效文章数归零、分身帐号砍除、停权两周。
SCU-MBA99 板主 allenyao22 对三名违规使用者自本月初起即有之违规行为，
全无处置或回报，依同办法第六条，处罚单一张。
SCU-MBA99 依同办法第十三条第一款第二项，设为违法看板。
