标题[问题] gem install rails

我是刚学习ruby on rails的新手
在sudo gem install rails出现问题
Building native extensions. This could take a while...
ERROR: Error installing rails:
ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.

也google过 还是不知道怎样解决这个问题
想请教大大如何解决？
