Defense and power remain strengths, but has lost ground in OBP department despite repeating league. 长处是power跟防守。OBP过低是个问题。 6) Juan Nicasio, RHP, Grade B: 2.22 ERA with 63/10 K/BB in 57 innings for Tulsa, then 4-4, 4.14 in 13 major league starts, 58/18 K/BB in 72 innings, 73 hits. Quite successful rookie campaign, until he was hit by a line drive and broke his neck. Expected to recover but rehab may take some time. Command hasn't come around post-Tommy John. 动完TJ仍没找到投球感觉。 15) Tim Wheeler, OF, Grade C+: .294/.376/.567 with 29 homers, 49 walks, 117 strikeouts, 17 steals in 446 at-bats for Tulsa. Huge power outburst. Strikeout rate is somewhat worrisome but boost in production is good to see. 今年最亮眼的新秀。power让人惊艳。三振有点多，不过只要能打出来，什麽都好说 16) Jordan Pacheco, C, Grade C+: Hitting .273/.335/.388 with 21 walks, 37 strikeouts in 278 at-bats for Colorado Springs. Has thrown out just 19% of runners this year. Age 25. I was optimistic about him pre-season so this is a disappointing campaign. 相较於高期待，表现让人有些失望。 17) Rafael Ortega, OF, Grade C+: .304/.336/.467 with 20 walks, 73 strikeouts, 24 steals in 398 at-bats for Asheville. Just 20 years old. Huge home/road split, .932 OPS at homes, just .655 on the road. 主客场差异。 18) Rob Scahill, RHP, Grade C+: 4.29 ERA with 79/50 K/BB in 122 innings for Tulsa, 130 hits, 1.28 GO/AO. Ratios have taken a step backward compared to A-ball. 19) Eric Stavert, RHP, Grade C+: 7.32 ERA with 51/21 K/BB in 63 innings for Asheville, 84 hits. Now at Tri-City in Northwest League on rehab assignment. He'll be 24 next year so he needs to figure this out to stay on radar. 20) Josh Slaats, RHP, Grade C+: 4.17 ERA with 71/38 K/BB in 86 innings for Asheville, 96 hits. However, he has been much better lately. In his last eight starts, he is 6-0, 1.64 with a 50/19 K/BB in 49 innings, 40 hits. 21) Cristhian Adames, SS, Grade C+: Hitting .261/.327/.373 with 25 walks, 60 strikeouts in 303 at-bats for Ashville. Just turned 20. Good defensive reviews, young enough for bat to improve. Typical mixture of good and bad results. Wheeler's power breakthrough pushes his stock up, and Bettis needs a lot more attention than he's received nationally. I can't offer a lot of optimism about Matzek at this point. Nicasio is a very lucky young man. 让人持续期待：Wheeler、Bettis。 Matzek不期不待，Nicasio非常幸运。 --
