3-Year worth 20.1M- will make 6.7M each year in 2004, 2005 and 2006- + has
a full NO-TRADE clause in 2004 and has a limited NO-TRADE clause in the
last 2 seasons (in 2005 and 2006, he can only be traded to NYY/SEA, LAA and
LAD w/out his written consent)- + has right to become Free Agent after 2006
season- + he can earn 900K in bonuses over the 3 years- + gets a translator
for himself and his wife- + gets eight round-trip business class tickets
from Tokyo to NY- + reeives a 25K "relocation" fee- + receives a 25K housing
allowance, a free car, six tickets to every game (home and away) and a
stipulation preventing him from being sent to the minor leagues without his
consent for any reason except a rehab assignment
